Drugsales has a set of procedures in place and a team of pharmacists available who ensure that only products fulfilling the regulatory requirements are accepted into stock and are maintained to the highest quality.
Our pharmacovigilance procedures are in place, and are constantly reviewed and audited. We work closely with the Marketing Authorisation Holder of each individual product, to ensure that any action required is implemented swiftly and effectively. Our responsible pharmacists also act as Local Safety Officers for all the pharmaceuticals we distribute. In the rare event of adverse events being reported, our team is trained to respond within a 24 hour time frame. Our Periodic Safety Update report role is taken very seriously indeed, and we work closely with our suppliers and the local authorities to ensure that the products we supply constantly provide safe healthcare to the end user.
